You asked, and we listened! Shipping is now complimentary on every online order, with no minimum purchase required.

When Will My Order Ship?

We know waiting for something fabulous is never the fun part. Most in-stock orders begin their journey within 1–2 business days.

Some high-demand styles, EXTRA DEALS, pre-orders, and special or featured collections may need a little more time to get ready. These items generally ship within 7–14 business days. In rare or especially busy circumstances, please allow up to 21 business days.

If an item has a special expected shipping date, we’ll do our best to include that information on the product page.

Delivery Times

Once your order is on its way, delivery within the United States generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on the item’s shipping location and the carrier.

Canadian and other international deliveries may take approximately 8–21 business days after shipment. Customs processing or carrier delays can occasionally add a little extra travel time.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, especially during holidays, major sales, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey home.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Orders Arriving in More Than One Package

We work with more than one fabulous fulfillment location, so items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately. If that happens, don’t worry—your remaining pieces are still on the way, and you’ll receive tracking information for each package.

Pre-Orders, EXTRA DEALS & Featured Collections

Pre-orders, EXTRA DEALS, high-demand products, and special or featured collections may follow their own shipping schedule. When possible, estimated timing will be noted in the product description.

Ordering an in-stock item with a pre-order or special-release item may result in separate shipments.
