Shipping & Return Policy
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order date. All US orders take 3-7 business days to reach customers after fulfillment date, if order is from outside of US it could take up to 2 weeks. Once an order is fulfilled, an email will be sent to the customer to notify them about their order with a tracking number. All orders are processed through USPS, if there are ever any problems, feel free to contact us or USPS. For overnight express or other shipping options please contact us via email or phone.
Orders for 3-day Collections will be processed and shipped within the first 2-5 days after the collection has ended. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please call our office at (239) 949-7268.
As a standard at The b store, we have a forever return policy. For any reason, any time, or any purpose, we ultimately want to make sure you're satisfied with your product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue cash, check or credit card refunds for any reason. Nor are we able to adjust for prior purchases if a promotion takes place after your original purchase date. For all returns we issue a store credit for you to use for any time with no expiration.
With that being said, to return an item please be sure to email firstname.lastname@example.org about your purchase, box item and send it to 4250 Gulf Shore Blvd., N Naples , FL 34103. After the email and product is received, we will contact you back via phone or email to confirm and issue your store credit.
