Shipping is $9.99 flat rate or free with any domestic purchase over $200.
Regular Orders
All orders generally will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of order date. All US orders could take up to 15 business days to reach customers after fulfillment date, if order is from outside of US it could take up to 2 weeks. Once an order is fulfilled, an email will be sent to the customer to notify them about their order with a tracking number. All orders are processed through USPS if there are ever any problems, feel free to contact us or USPS. For overnight express or other shipping options please contact us via email or phone.
Featured Collections, 3 Day Collections and Pre-Order Items
Orders for Featured Collections and Pre-Ordered items will be processed and shipped up to 31 business days after a featured collection/3 day collections has closed . Return Policy
As a standard at The b store, we have a forever exchange policy. We will accept your purchased items as an exchange for the full purchase value for any reason, with original tags attached, at any time with no time limit or expiration; we want to make sure you're satisfied with your product. All products are eligible for our forever exchange policy, except our final sale items. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for returns.
For all returns you may choose an in-store credit for you to use for any time with no expiration or an e-credit that can be used at thebstore.com. Both will be issued for the original purchase price.
To return an item simply take it to any of our store locations, call us at 239-919-3446 or email customerservice@thebstore.com and one of our stylists will reach out to you to assist you. If you email us, please be sure to include your telephone number so that someone my contact you back via phone or email to confirm your exchange. Once your exchange is processed, we will send you your new items free of charge.

Price Assurance
Right now there is a lot going on in the world. We have noticed an increase in customer feedback letting us know that they are finding similar items at other online stores or on manufacturers websites at lower prices.
There are a ton of factors that go into how items are priced. Some of those factors are, quantity ordered, fabric, seasonality and speed of delivery we request from the supplier. We try to stay competitive in the market, however sometimes we get blindsided too.
As a benefit of being a member of the b. list, if you find the same item at another retailer or online store within 30 days of purchase for less than what you paid, we will provide you with a complimentary merchandise certificate for the price difference that can be used within one year either in-store or at thebstore.com.
To claim your adjustment: email customerservice@thebstore.com with your receipt number, a photo of the item (and the tag) from the other store or a screenshot if it is online; and we will send you an e-certificate for the difference right away.
