Fit Notes: Valenne has a relaxed, generously cut top and a more fitted skirt waist. Because the velvet has stretch, the listed waist measurement will comfortably accommodate some additional room. Choose your size primarily according to your natural waist measurement rather than the roomy top bust. If you fall between sizes, carry more fullness through the waist or hips, or prefer the skirt to skim rather than contour, choose the larger size. The top will remain intentionally loose and draped.
Skirt hip measurements were not provided, so customers with fuller hips may also feel more comfortable sizing up. The bottom length is measured from the top of the waistband to the hem and may fall differently depending on height and footwear.
