How the garment waist and hip are measured: The pants are laid flat and measured straight across the waistband and across the widest part of the hip. Each measurement is then doubled to calculate the full garment circumference shown in the chart. These are finished garment measurements—not body measurements.
Fit Notes:
Veda has a high-rise silhouette with a fitted criss-cross front waistband, relaxed hips and wide legs. Although the faux-leather fabric itself does not stretch, the gathered elasticized back waistband provides some flexibility at the waist. Compare both your waist and hip measurements with the finished garment measurements and choose the size that comfortably accommodates the larger area. If you are between sizes or prefer additional room through the waist and hips, we recommend sizing up.
